Shipping Information

Once your order is placed on our store, it is processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our team.

Please note that “shipping” refers to the moment your items leave our suppliers’ warehouses and are handed over to the carrier.

This does not include the full delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 7 to 14 business days
• Outside Europe & North America: Please allow a few additional days depending on your location.

While 95% of our orders arrive within 10 days, delivery may take 3 to 5 weeks in rare cases due to:

• exceptional events,
• high demand and temporary stock shortages,
• customs delays,

Multiple Items in One Order

 

If your order contains multiple items, it is possible that they come from different suppliers.

To avoid high shipping costs due to heavy package weight, items from the same order may be shipped separately.

This means you may receive your products individually and at different times, which is perfectly normal.
