Return Window



Our return policy lasts 14 days.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.



Eligibility for Returns



To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused.
  • It must be in the same condition as received.
  • Preferably in the original packaging.



Please note: If your item is defective or damaged on arrival, the return conditions are different. Please refer to the Exchanges section below.





Refunds



Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you:


  • that your item has been received,
  • whether your refund has been approved or rejected.



If approved:


  • Your refund will be processed,
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.






Late or Missing Refunds



If you haven’t received your refund yet:


  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing time may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds may take time to post.

Sale Items



Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Sale items cannot be refunded.





Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)



We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.


To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at:

In your message, please include:


  • Your order number or invoice,
  • A photo or video showing the defect or damage.



We will provide the return instructions and the return address (usually indicated on the original packaging).





Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.



Delivery time for exchanged products varies by location (approximately 24–37 business days).


If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend:


  • Using a trackable shipping service,
  • Or purchasing shipping insurance.



We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
